EERO 6 Cant Move Forward Eero not connecting to internet during setup

I will need your help because I'm stuck with Eero 6 configuration and I'm not able to move forward in the process setting up this by iphone. I have a EERO 6 Model N0110001 and I'm trying to set up the ROUTER as indicated by the instructions.

ISP MODEM (Dinamic IP) -> EERO ROUTER-> 2 extender EEROS

Quick Resume about What i did

1) Connect the Ethernet cable from my MODEM to the EERO ROUTER and then both energy cables (1st EERO then MODEM) and turned OFF old ROUTER

2) EERO ROUTER Light Start turns from white to blue blinking as indicated by the instructions.

3) Opened the EERO APP (Apple IOS) and start process to configure the 1st EERO as ROUTER mode (taking care my cell phone WIFI it's turned of and only working with Data only)

4) EERO changed his light from Linking Blue to Solid Blue and tried to get the gateway information. However, it shows an error saying can not get internet.

4.1) At this point i double checked the Ethernet cable coming from the modem connecting it directly to my pc and works fine with internet so we have internet with no issues and modem can give internet to the PC.

4.2) SO i tried again, When i connect once more the ethernet cable to the EERO and realize again the internet test by cable FAILS

After several cable test i took a look on more details info and found that IP WAN its on red.

Any ideas?

I found some possible solutions as use the registre process using android instead of IOS app (crazy) , hard reset of the EERO (but its is 100% fresh new so why to to that?)
