Toggle access on/off to content filters that are pre-defined website URLs

Ability to toggle on / off a content filter that is a black listed say website URL.  It might be a temporary toggle to allow access to the site, but then go back and toggle it back on.

Now I have to delete the URL / website entirely allowing temporary access and then add it back.

Simple extension , but a good feature to have.
