Connection dies daily

For the last 3 weeks or so, my 2 satellites that are hardwired into the main unit (the one that is connected to the modem) loose connectivity (red status lights) on daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day.  Rebooting them does not help; however, rebooting the main unit fixes the issue.  The main unit appears to be online (white status light) and modem shows no issues.
