Since I Linked my acct to amazon I can't login on iphone app

Iphone 11, software up to date. I had to use a Galaxy tab to link my eero with amazon to add amazon DOT features in eero. I can log in on the galaxy tab with my Amazon acct with no problem, however I can no longer login to the eero app using my Amazon login on the iphone. I've deleted and reinstalled the app on the phone several times, the app won't let me login on the iphone no matter what I do. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks
