3rd eero pro won’t connect to the network

I’ve setup a new network and have 2 Eero pros running fine. The third however is not having any of it. The app struggles to find it - have to manually add the serial number then it won’t connect - even if it’s hard wired to the gateway. 

anyone else had these issues? Have contacted support and so far no reply. Based in the UK so not going to hang on to the support number.

    Did you call support? That is the fastest way to get a response. Is this a new eero? You can try hard resetting the eero and see if that helps. Also, another common cause of this behavior is the proximity of the eero to other eeros. Try moving the eero so it is 35-45ft away from any other eero when you set it up. Though, I don't think that is what the cause is here since you had the same behavior while wired into the Gateway eero. I would suggest calling support so we can work with you more quickly as we might need to replace the eero if you are unable to get it connected to the network. Alternatively, I will send you a chat requesting information about your account and I can troubleshoot with you over email.
