Are my secondary eeros using wired or wireless?

My network topology (if that matters) is Cable Modem -> Garage Eero -> Switch -> Living Room and Bedroom Eeros.

All Eeros show as using wired connections on the home page, but in the "details" of each, only the Garage shows as being Wired, whereas the others say Wireless. Is there any way for me to be sure they are using the Wired connection?

Please see screenshots if the above isn't clear. Any help is appreciated.

  • Yes. eeros can be connected together via Ethernet backhaul or they can connect wirelessly. If your home is already wired with Ethernet, you may want to take advantage of these connections to increase the range of your eeros and reduce the risk of wireless interference.
