Unusual threats on one of my devices

Before 05/2022, my threats blocked was only less than 50 per week.  Now everyday I have over 100 or even 200 threats blocked.  Strange things were: 1 between midnight to 6 AM, I don't even use my phone but there were activities.  Today 05.11.2022 between 5 PM to 7 PM, I was watching TV not even touching my phone.  Does that mean my iPhone have malware???  Because I tested some activities or websites on my iPad but nothing was blocked, I know not my daily activities.  Anyone has the same problem???  I am very close to just wipe my iPhone clean!!! Please HELP!!!  This is driving me crazy!!!
