Can we please have multiple accounts in the App

I have 4 networks on my account, but i really need to get two of them on their own account, but i cannot because there is no way for me to add multiple accounts to the app.  I also WANT to give Eero my money for Secure+, but i cannot because 1 of the 4 networks is in bridge mode, so it says i cannot get secure+ for ANY of the networks, which seems like a bad choice on their part.  At this point i may have to replace my eero equipment at 2-3 of the locations just because eero has these restrictions in place.

  • jerrodbug Thanks for posting! While this may not be exactly what you are looking for, there is a work around available. Using our new Multiple Admins feature, you can give Admin privileges to another eero account. https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/207893553-Can-my-eero-network-have-more-than-one-administrator- This article has more details about the feature. What I would recommend is transferring ownership of the Bridged network and any other network that you do not want Secure on to another account (whether it be another account of yours, or your parents', etc) and have your main account as an Admin for those networks. That will allow you to get Secure on the networks that you want it on, while still being able to monitor the other networks. You can also add the second account as an Admin on your main account's networks so both parties can monitor all networks.
