Swap order iOS app, settings

Please swap the order of the two bottom options in settings: Transfer Network and Switch Networks. In iOS, only one is able to show up, the first one (Transfer Network). I have to scroll down to switch networks. Transfer Network is a feature used at most once in the lifetime of a network, vs switch network that any user with more than one network (like myself) use daily. See the attached screenshots.
