Network black spot - seems to be dropping users as switch from 5g to 2.4g

I have a new 3 x eero pro mesh system setup.

We have a good service seemingly throughout the house. - mainly 3 bars mainly 5g.

In my son's room it keep switching him to 2.4g and he gets poor performance and kicked off. ;-(


Any advice?
