eero base station not back online after power outage
I have Eero with RCN (provider) and it worked fine. Until this morning where my apartment building had a power outage. Power got back quickly and my Internet router also quickly recovered ... but my eero base station has not been able to get back online despite multiple re-start attempts over the last 6 hours. I have double checked all cables. I have disconnected the beacon unit. RCN tech help said it was normal to take 20 mins before the eero would be ready, but its now 6 hours and counting ... RCN can first send a technician on 5 days ... but we are working from home and thus dependent on having internet.
