Connection issues

I have a strange issue.  I have a surface Laptop 4 that was recently upgraded to Windows 11 that is my work computer.  When I connect it wired or wireless to my network I did a lot of lag and dropping on the connection.  However when I attach it to my guest network via wireless I have no issues.  I also have my person Mac which is hardwired into network and I am having no issues.  I am wondering if others have seen this issue.  I have put in a ticket to support.  Thanks  David
