Customer moved and doesn't have login info.
Ran into a little problem with a customer's eero system. The company who initially setup the 3 eeros in the customers old house didn't provide the customer with their account info or it was lost. She had bought 3 more eeros to cover the new house and planned to use all six to cover the property/guest house etc. I tried factory resetting the main old eero and tried to setup it as a new unit because the old settings wouldn't work. It then told me the eero was associated with another account. Ugh. I then used the new eeros with a new account and setup was a breeze. She was happy to be online after no internet for 2 weeks. but.... How can I get the previous eeros to connect to this new location/account to maximize coverage and reliability?
I'm fairly certain this community won't be able to assist you with this issue. Best bet is to contact eero support. I know they'll be happy to assist.Reply
