Ring chime not talking to its Ring doorbell base unit



new to Eero. I have two wired units (one acting as gateway/router) and one beacon. I have a Ring doorbell and a Ring chime both connected to wired unit #2, and the chime works fine when the doorbell is activated. I installed another chime in the basement, which connects to the beacon, and even though it appears to be online from the Ring and the Eero apps, it does not chime when the doorbell is activated, i.e., it doesn’t seem to communicate with the doorbell base connected to the wired unit #2. 


Any my idea how that can be fixed?
