Eero Pro Flashing Blue Continuously

Hi, Our Eero Pro after a soft reset is now flashing blue continuously. Tried a few times without success. Any ideas? Thx

  • Flashing blue means it’s ready to set up, which means you didn’t just restart the eero, you did a factory reset on it.

    • RodC In the app try adding it as a new device. Since it sounds like this might be your only eero unit, I’m not sure if that will work or not. If it doesn’t, delete the network in the app (under Settings > Advanced) and then start from scratch.

      cMoo92 Success! We have a Pro and 3 beacons. Couple of changes in settings suggested by Eero support and re-added the Pro device and looks like finally we have everything working as it should for the first time! Thanks for your help 😁
