Bose Soundtouch 10 speaker won't connect
I've had a Bose Soundtouch 10 smart speaker connected to my Eero Pro network for a few years, but didn't use it much and recently noticed it wasn't connected. I repeatedly went through the setup in the Bose Soundtouch app to connect to wifi but it errors out after I enter the wifi password with the message "Wifi connection timed out". In the Eero app, the speaker briefly (less than a minute) shows as connected but then disappears when I get the Soundtouch app time out error. I have reset the Bose to factory settings but got the same error. Any other ideas to get it connected to my wifi?

amazing. this just started happening to me too. if i bring the Bose speaker next to the router it works fine, in the other room with the eero it will not connect. It had been working fine for over a year and then just stopped.

If you haven't already, try performing a network reset on the Bose SoundTouch 10. This can often resolve connectivity issues. To do this, press and hold the 1 and Volume - buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator blinks amber. Then, set up the Wi-Fi connection again.
