Custom DNS only shows one DNS server

I have two internal DNS servers hosted on Windows Servers and use those entries as primary and secondary in my Custom DNS setting on my eeros. When I take a look at an ipconfig /all I only see 1 entry and that entry looks to be the secondary DNS server. All other settings are eero automatic.

Question: Shouldn't the DHCP server serice on the eero send both primary and secondary DNS entries? If I were using Windows DHCP it would hand out both.
