Can I place a satellite eero near any other wired satellite for good performance? Or does it have to be near the primary gateway eero? i.e., can a satellite eero piggyback off another wired satellite?
Thank you!
Hey there, perxam411 ! eeros are able to daisy chain off of one another, regardless if they're the gateway eero, a wired eero, or a wireless eero. You can certainly place your non-gateway eeros near one another with the intention of daisy chaining. (=

Your answer is very interesting to me, but why is the possibility of using the daisy chain topology not indicated in the official documentation ? Please see https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000830546-Examples-of-common-network-topologies All the examples refer only to the star topology deployment. Regards from Italy
Hello borgo ,
It looks like parts of your question were cut off. Can you please re-type it and @me so I can take a look and answer your request accurately?
Edit: I found a way to read your whole post. I apologize for the confusion. I will submit a request to have the daisy chain topology added to this article. Thank you again for the suggestion!
