Matt89447 I'm not sure what a home unit is. Are they all in your home? Normal terminology is gateways and leaves. All eeros communicate with each other.

txgunlover okay. I'm trying to get internet in my metal mancave. Best Buy told me to put the main unit (I called head) in metal mancave. Then run a ethernet wire back to house where computer is. Then the "leaves".... in other parts of house. Are they right? Currently my mancave is not getting a signal.

Matt89447 Hello Matt,
Yeah that sounds right. Here is what you're looking for topology wise:
Modem -> eero (Gateway) -> eero or unmanaged switches that wire up multiple eeros. You can also just run an ethernet from one eero to another if you wanted to do it that way as well.
Let me know if you have any questions.

James Thank you.
I was worried over nothing. I installed high up in mancave near skylight and I guess line of sight to my office in house was right on. Getting full bars.
Thank you!
