eero Pro 6 and Xbox 360

I have a eero Pro 6 mesh system and I connected my xbox 360 to it via wifi.  The xbox shows it is connected to the wifi but it can't connect out to the xbox live.  It is being blocked.  I have opened the ports and added rules to the firewall but something else is still blocking the xbox.

    Your modem might be running its own firewall.  if that is the case you will need to open those same ports on the modem and point them to the eero.

    I would recommend calling in so we can get a look at the data.

    Hello,

    I’m having the same problem. I thought I had connected my Xbox 360 when I first got the eero mesh network, and it was working but now not.
