How many eero can link end to end?

I have a large property with multiple building.  This is kind of like an apartment building.  Say for example someone were to put the Modem and Erro on the first floor and then more eero on each floor in mesh.  How many hops can you make from 1st, to 2nd, to 3rd floor, etc.?  How much speed and latency do you see from each hop?  Also is this even possible or does each unit have to connect to the main unit connected to the router?

sloppydogdrool Great question! While there is technically a limit, I have yet to see any use case come remotely close to that limit. The main thing to consider is that there should be one eero per 1000-1500 sq ft and eeros should be 30-50 ft apart, varying based on environmental factors. Having eeros too close or too far away can cause problems.

To more directly answer this, any given eero can, theoretically, support 128 devices simultaneously. This would include end devices and other eeros in range. For best results, we generally recommend keeping that number around 30 or lower.

So in theory if I had 10 eero pro 6 and were to place them end to end every 30' - 50' apart.  I would be able to carry my internet connection 300' - 500' from end to end?  That is basically the application and purpose I have in mind.
