Feature Request - ISP Uptime report

I've seen some requests for reports and this one was mentioned as an aside on another thread about speed test ( https://community.eero.com/t/806g07/speed-test-inaccurate ) but I would love a way to see how often my internet was down, upstream of eero so I could report back to Comcast. My speeds are generally fine but the connections just drops all the time and I can never prove it because they always reset everything and it is seemingly working. I actually thought this was included with eero (as someone told me it was) but I would find that type of information very valuable.

Not sure exactly what I would get out of Comcast for that information...but it would be nice to have the evidence.

  • With online gaming, cloud backups, and even car updates (see Tesla OTAs), continuous connections to the internet are more and more critical. When ISPs have issues delivering continuous connects and have short-term, but frequent outages, it can be frustrating to troubleshoot (or even prove). If eero plus would monitor and log internet connection uptime between the isp and eero with outage dates/times and return-of-service date/times, it would be helpful to customers in troubleshooting with their ISPs. It would be another great feature enticing eero customers to subscribe to eero plus services (I would).
