5Feature Request: App - add OS upgrade indicator
For those of us who don't have the auto-upgrade on, it would be great to have a badge on the app icon, or at least an indicator on the mgmt app start page, to indicate that an update is available.

Thanks for reaching out and for your feature request!
While we don't currently provide a badge for when an update is available, every eero network is set to auto-update when a new release comes out.
When we release a new update, it will update networks on a rolling basis. For those that would like to update their network at their convenience, there is also the option to do this from the app.

Jeff C. Yes, I'd indicated that I don't have auto-upgrade turned on, which was the reason behind the request.

Sorry for any confusion, BinaryWeapon .
There isn't a way to turn on or off the ability for the network to automatically upgrade. Every network will eventually automatically upgrade as soon as there is a new software release.
