The Eero app on my iPhone 7 requires logging in constantly

I am noticing that I have to log into the Eero app each time I open it up on my iPhone 7. I can use quick app switching after logging in without having to re-authenticate, but it logs out when the app is the the background for a while. 

 

Has as anyone else observed this?

  • I'm seeing the same behavior on iPhone 7 Plus. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but that didn't do it. Did you get resolution to this issue?

  • Yes, I was able to resolve this issue. Here is the solution that I got from the support team:

    > I recommend opening the app, signing in, leaving the app open for roughly 4 minutes, and then logging out.

    Log in after these steps and it should persist. It worked for me.
