PAUSED.EERO.COM for iPhone that has never been on network

My son’s IPhone 6 has never been able to connect to our eero network. There are no family profiles. When he chooses the eero network on his phone a page comes up that says paused.eero.com . This has become a huge issue with data usage because he can’t connect.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing.

    That is quite odd. If you haven't yet, could you please check and see if your son's device is appearing as a blocked device? To check:

    1. Open the eero app
    2. Tap on the connected device pill-shaped button at the top of the home screen
    3. Scroll down to the bottom
    4. If there are any blocked devices, there will be an option "Blocked Devices"
    5. If the iPhone is on that list, you can unblock it by tapping "Unblock"

    If that isn't the case, please send us an email at support@eero.com so we can take a look and get this resolved for you.

  • Hi my name is John Lawrence and I’m having a difficult issue with connecting the WiFi. So every time I try to connect the WiFi  is keeps popping up a screen saying PAUSE. Can you help me 

    • johnlawrence In your eero app, un-pause the device on which you're receiving the message.
