stuck at white light blinking stage

Recently purchased my eero and suddenly it went from a working state to a stage where the white light is continuously blinking and it does not go to a final solid white stage.

Can anyone please guide me on what's wrong with my eero device?

    It sounds like it’s doing a software update and rebooting. But that should only take a few minutes. If it’s still happening, even after power cycling the device, you’ll need to contact eero support. We, the general community, can’t be much help with this kind of issue.

    I had that happen with one of the last updates.  caused all sorts of issues and support could not get my pro pack to work so I had to get a replacement.  Try removing the units/network and starting again.

    happened to me yesterday and today... at first I was able to reset and fix it but now it can't be reset

    I install and troubleshoot these for a living. Power cycling the eero alone will not fix anything, you must power cycle the entire system i.e. modem, eero, beacon

      Sparky924 Contacted support and we’ve done all the troubleshooting. they even tried to administer at the backend.  Ended up replacing the broken unit. can’t even do a hard reset
