Throttle individual devices

Yesssss.  I keep mentioning this as a feature request but I get nothing back.  This needs to happen so that I am able to purchase eero for more clients.

I'd like to add my vote to this too. My ISP is starting to measure and cap bandwidth usage and I'd like to limit the amount of bandwidth media streaming devices use, they can often work gracefully at lower bandwidths. Some media streamers provide setting to limit, but not all and it often varies by on device app (e.g. Netflix vs Amazon Prime Video).

It would be nice to be able to set a specific profile to have priority for a scheduled time every day or temporarily for a specified number of hours. My work devices are in one profile (IP phone, computer, cell phone)
