How will Eero Secure work with DNS over HTTPS (DoH)?

I am an Eero Plus subscriber. I make use of the content filtering for various devices in my household, but primarily devices my children use. I am concerned about the advent and rollout of DNS over HTTPS (DoH) as default settings in web browsers which is starting to happen now, and Operating Systems which is coming later. I'm imagining that browsers who take advantage of this will be able to bypass the content filtering I've configured in Eero+. What I hope to avoid is having to manually configure every browser that shows up in my household...I also want to avoid my kids' friends coming over with their own devices and bypassing my security settings.

Are there any plans to handle this?

I know that Mozilla made it so you can create a Canary Domain on your network do disable DNS over HTTPS. Not sure if Chrome or other browsers support the same or similar setting. It'd be cool if Eero+ profiles would allow me to disable this by doing the Canary, and / or blocking out DoH DNS queries to anything other than Eero Secure's DNS.
