Stuck at "setting up your eero pro.."

Hello, I have the set of 3 eero pro's. I started to set the first one to my Huawei ONT modem, yet during the setup process in the eero android app, it gets stuck at the "Setting up your eero pro...Connecting to the internet...". There are no network issues with my modem, yet am not able to move further this stage in setup. Hoping to recieve a solution to this as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for helping me solve this issue.

    There could be a few causes to this behavior. If your modem is a stand-alone modem, try power-cycling your modem for about 3 minutes, plug it back in and only connect the eero into the modem. Then try and setup the eero again.

    If your modem is a modem router combo there could be something else going on and we'll need to take a deeper look. It would be best for you to call our support line if this is the case. I have shared an article below that will help you find the best contact number for you.
