More robust alerts and user accessible issue logs

There is a class of problems that most people could fix without opening a support ticket with eero.  This morning, I had a thermal reset issue because someone piled a bunch of clothes on top of my gateway eero last night.  Now *I* know you aren't supposed to do that, but apparently not everyone in my household always remembers that.  If I had an alert on the app to warn me that a specific eero was overheating, I could have solved the problem before it even became a problem (meeting canceled etc).

Thermal problems like this should be user alerts.

  • My eero reported this morning, but I can't tell whether that was due to an upgrade or not (no notification).

I would find it helpful to just to know when restarts happen and why.
