Smart device will only use guest network

I have a few alexa devices.  They have all been connected to the internet via my Main Network.  Today I did a hard restart on my modem and my gateway eero.  Afterward, everything came back online with one exception.  One of my alexa devices connected to the network, but not to the internet. I put it on my guest network and it works just great.  When I switched it back to the main network, it can't find the internet again.  I went so far as to reset the alexa device to factory settings and tried again.  Same results.  Works nifty on the Guest Network; connects to the Main Network, but loses its connection to the internet.  Any advice? 🤷‍♀️

  • I'm having a similar issue. My laptop was running Win10 no problem on the main network. I re-imaged the laptop with linux. Works fine only on the guest network. Can't get it on the main network now.
