Connection Issues with Ring Alarm Pro

I'm trying to switch my Fios Router out for a Ring Alarm Pro but I'm getting intermittent connection issues.  The speed isn't "slow", but there's periods of time where there's just zero connection, even if I'm 4 feet from either the Ring Alarm Pro or my Eero 6+ which I have wired to my Ring Alarm Pro.

The connection is so bad that even if I try to open the Eero app, the app thinks there's no Eero device and asks me if I want to do a first time setup again (which you can see in the attached screenshots).

All the while my phone tells me I have excellent wifi signal.

When it works, it's perfectly fine, but when it doesn't work, it just doesn't work at all for a minute or two.

Note that I plugged my Fios Router back in and Released DHCP Lease and then unplugged that router.

It's not as often, but my work laptop has also had intermittent connection issues despite being wired to my Eero 6+ (which is in turn wired to my Ring Alarm Pro).
