Temporary "no internet" connectivity

Seemingly randomly, my Eero stops connecting to the internet for a brief period (2-3 minutes). This may happen when we have several streaming connections but also happens when we have none. It may happen a few times a day, or we work without any such interruptions for weeks before it happens again. Though it eventually always reconnects, it is rather inconvenient when it happens during a zoom call. I am on an Eero pro 6 using 2 beacons, all running v6.8.0-381


It "feels like" the Eero router is rebooting when it happens, but it is not as I remain connected to the WiFi, the iPhone app continues to provide status, device to device communication within the home continue as normal. It is just internet connections that drop for a short while. Any ideas what I might do to start troubleshooting this?
