Feature Request: Remove/Boot Devices Recently on your Network

There should be a way to delete Devices that are listed in Recently on your network section. Also have a date and time stamp of the last connection.

Why? Several reasons:

  1. Guest users clutter up the list (sometimes they are just one-time users, no need for them to hang around that section)
  2. Unknown devices pop up. They are probably legit or it might be someone that has access to your wifi password.
  3. Date and Time stamp helps identify the guest users devices or suspicious activity

Well I noticed these replies are 1-2 years old😢 I’ve noticed my “recently connected device” which happened to be a Apple TV is still hanging around on the list, I wish you could just manually delete them. That device hasn’t been in home network for over 6 weeks.

Hi Rsoaker27 – Thanks so much for taking the time to share your concerns! As mentioned elsewhere on this thread, devices will drop off the Recent Devices list in the app after 7 days of inactivity. You can tap on each device's icon individually in the app to see the "last connected time" to get a better idea of when it'll drop off. Past that, please feel free to give us a call at 877-659-2347 with any concerns about the functionality of the app and we'd be happy to go over things with you!

Quick question about this.  I have friend's who have connected to my main network before.  If I Block their devices (since I don't have an option to just Remove them), will they be able to connect to the new Guest network if I give them the credentials?

Last update on this was a few years ago and we still can't remove devices that are hanging around and unlikely to be connected again. Any update on this?

Would be super helpful to be able to delete a device.

I attempted to setup a RingPro Video Doorbell, but had trouble with the Ring App.  After deleting the device from the Ring App, it remains on the Eero network which prevents the ability to set up the RingPro Video Doorbell again.

After calling Eero support, the only option I have is to disconnect the RingPro Video Doorbell and wait two weeks for the device to be deleted automatically by the Eero system.

Offline devices still not being removed, surely this is a simple feature to enable?
