When my internet is down and my eero smart phone apps don't work, I cannot just go to the app or the eero site and find out what I need to know.  For every other device I own I have downloaded a reference manual that I can read when on line services are not available.  However, eero does not have any such thing.  It would not take much effort to produce one and it would be very helpful.
