Eero Plus - is there priority for email support ?

Filed a support request in the early hours this morning thinking eero might be able to address my questions early as I’m an eero Plus subscriber. I know phone support for Plus gets to the front of the queue.  

Is priority only for calls or are emails addressed as eero Plus priority too ?  I filed my request through the eero app. Some of my devices are starting to drop signal as a pattern

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and good question. You're quite right, being an eero Plus subscriber places your emails into a special priority queue in addition to giving you priority on the phone lines whenever you call in.

    I've been looking at your email already with some colleagues, and I've just sent you a reply with some information we'd like to gather as well as our early analysis of what we believe to be happening.
