Eero's external IP address is different than Comcast modem's WAN IP address

Hey all, I have a weird problem, and was wondering if someone else has seen anything like this. I've spoken to Eero customer support, and they were stumped, and unfortunately didn't have a solution for me.

My Eero's "External IP address" is not the same IP address as the WAN IP address shown on my ISP modem. Since my modem is in bridge mode, these should be the same IP address.

Because of this, if I visit whatismyip.com, it shows the IP address matching the Eero's external IP address. But according to Comcast (I have spoken to their support), my IP address should be the one listed on the modem's admin page.

I don't know how to get past this. I need the IP address from the modem admin page to be the active IP address, but somehow everything is showing up as the errant IP address that Eero is showing.
