Ability to create custom device types

Just scrolling through this feed of feature requests and half of them are for new device types.

I think the easiest answer is... The ability to create the types yourself. And maybe you guys can provide a small library of icons. Maybe even give the option to upload your own icon.

I would much rather see this, than see the list of available device types grow to be hundreds and have to scroll through it when I only personally utilize maybe 10 of them.
