Correct time zones

Hello,
I am based in Queensland, Australia, and there is no Daylight savings here.   We are UTC+10, on Australian Easter Standard Time (AEST).  There is no choice for UTC+10, and all of the other choices require some calculation of time.
Daylight savings has just come into effect, and Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) has just thrown my schedules out.
It doesn't make sense to have schedules, if you have to manually adjust them for a moving time zone, that you aren't a member of.
