WAN failover

I have a DOCSIS 3.1 connection that occasionally blinks out for a few minutes. Can Eero be made to allow two separate internet connections (WAN failover)? As one potential implementation, could Eero sell a cellular connection module that plugs into Eero directly, backing up the primary internet connection if it drops connection?
