No video on MLB app

Hello, I am having an issue with the MLB app on my Apple TV it will not play any live games, just a black screen on all my Apple TV’s. I can watch the games at my daughters house so I know it’s not the acct or MLB app itself it has to be from the EERO, any help would be great. Thank you

  • Hi there, Zudy977 ! Is eero Secure currently enabled on your network by any chance? If so, do you have "Advanced Security" or "Ad Block" enabled on your network? If so, try disabling each of those options one by one and then giving the MLB app another try. Please let me know how this goes.

    • Sure thing Zudy977 ! In the eero app, tap Discover > eero Secure / Secure+  and then scroll down a bit to check the "Advanced Security" and "Ad Block" toggle bars. If the bars are green, it means they are enabled.
