
Eero Sales / Warranty in Puerto Rico

I currently live in Puerto Rico and it's been extremely difficult to buy/replace Eeros here. The only authorized reseller's store is about 45 minutes from me and they do not always have them available (or have the best price). Neither Eero, nor Amazon ship to Puerto Rico. For this reason I ended up buying Eero from eBay, an unauthorized reseller, and when one of my 3 Eeros failed I ended up discovering that I'm out of warranty coverage, and now also out of options to acquire another Eero (aside from eBay).
It's frustrating for me as a customer (and I know I must not be the only one) to know I spent my hard earned money in a product that's not backed up by the manufacturer. I have a smart home and I switched to Eero because of friends' recommendation. However, the competition has no issues sending me their products and offering me warranty.
Since Eero offers great products, I am pretty sure this feedback will help them do whatever it's necessary to include Puerto Rico, a US Commonwealth with american citizens, as loyal customers.
