0Unnamed Devices randomly connected to my WiFi
I noticed that my eero kept going red so I went to check the app and noticed that 4 unnamed devices joined my WiFi randomly throughout this morning and all of a sudden my eero has been turning red and ive needed to keep resetting it. Can anyone tell me why. I have also only had this WiFi for about a week and a half.

Hi 345bryce A connected device is unlikely to make an eero go to a red LED, which means that the eero can't get to the internet. I would send us an email to support@eero.com and use the subject line "Community Followup - Red led after devices connect" so we can take a look.

I've been having the same issue - new devices appearing on my network that have unique MAC addresses and show as hardwired, always to the same Eero device out of the three I have in the network. My internet connection is also intermittently dropping out for all devices, wifi and wired, on the network. My ISP has investigated numerous times with no issue on their end.
