MacBooks keep dropping off WiFi? ...

Been using Eero (pro and 3 beacons) for 6+ weeks with no issues. But this morning I keep seeing my two MacBook Pros (work and personal) keep dropping off and reconnecting to Wifi every 30s or so.

Any ideas? 15" MacBook Pro is on Mojave, 13" is on Catalina. Eero software updated last week to 3.19. Beacon is maybe 20 feet from Pro Gateway, I'm maybe 6 feet from Beacon. No placements of any hardware has changed in 6 weeks.

I've had Band Steering and Smart Queue Management on Labs for a week or two. Tried turning that off but it might have made the problem worse so I turned them back on.

Windows machine and I think iOS devices are still connected okay from what I've seen so far.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

p.s. I've rebooted both machines but not Eero as others are working now. And I opened a ticket w support.
