Eero app now showing any devices connected since update

I have had my 3 Eeros for a while and it was working great.  Now my app shows that no devices are connected and I know all my Nest Cams, Iphone, Amazon Fire etc are all connected.  Wifi seems to work

I'm having the same problem. The eero app is showing 0 connected devices, when I know there are many!

I'm seeing the same thing. Could it be something server side?

Happened to me last night. The app showed that "zero devices were connected." But, the devices were able to go to web pages. I rebooted the Comcast modem; I ran the Health Check. I decided to call support then next morning. However, by morning everything was working as it should.

It was off this morning too but I just checked and they are back.  Hope I can connect my new Nest Cam tonight as it wasn't finding the signal yesterday even when the other cameras were working.

I am seeing this currently; says 0 devices connected then rapidly flashes my 28 devices and then goes right back to 0. Was trying to use my Canon PIXMA Pro-100 printer which is connected via WiFi and twice it just ejected the photo paper before it finished printing. Tried rebooting my devices but problem is still occurring. Beginning to think its not just me since I have been on hold waiting for tech support for over 30 minutes.

Cool, seems it was more than just visual since my printer stopped printing twice. That's a first for me I think I will wait till tomorrow on the prints as wasting 2 sheets of 13x19 photo paper is expensive.
