Setting up eero for RDP from outside house

I have a Win 10 Pro desktop at home and want to be able to RDP to that machine from outside my home. 

I am not clear on what steps I need to take to do that and would appreciate a "step-by-step" overview on what I need to do.

    I resolved this issue - just setup port forwarding on 3389 to the computer I wanted to connect to - go public IP and all good.

    I guess now I will look at using https://www.dynu.com/ or other service for dynamic IP so when Cox changes IP I dont need to go into eero to get public IP

    Can you explain your steps for this? how do you set up port forwarding on 3389 to the computer you want to connect to?
