eero 6 (Pro) available in Australia

Im so keen to get wifi 6 and im waiting for the new eero pro 6 , i dont want to buy the old eero and im so desperate to get rid of google nest wifi router 

Thanks for the update and seems promising. Any indication on timing? 1 month, 3 or 6?

they didnt tell me a timeline , i have feelings it will get released same when they release the fire tv stick 4k this year 

4 months after this post was submitted, I now have the eero 6 from JB HiFi. It’s great, so far. But I personally would love to see the eero 6 Pro (or even just the eero Pro) in Australia, mainly for the tri-band feature, to help with backhaul and not clogging up the main network with home automation devices that require WiFi. Also, the non-pro 6 looks like it lost the Ethernet ports on the additional nodes, which is weird to me because the non-pro 5 has that feature for almost half the price, but I guess it makes more sense for this to be a “Pro” feature. Either way, would really like this to be available in Australia.

Don’t really care about the Zigbee hub feature, as it’s only Alexa support at this point, and my setup is strictly HomeKit/Siri.

FYI, my parents have the eero 5 (non-pro) setup and it’s pretty fricken good too, for what’s worth.

Can we get an update on Eero Pro 6 for Australian Fans? I would prefer not to switch to one of the many competiing offers, but this is becoming more likely given the lack of information and updates.

I will not buy eero till they release the eero pro 6

the eero 6 is not good and dual band routers will get congested quickly even on wifi 6

the pro is better and go that extra 5ghz band and less congestion
