Some devices not staying on Eero's WiFi
Have three Eero 6 pucks - firmware is up to date. Some devices (only phones so far including new Androids and iPhones) periodically drop the WiFi connection then automatically get it back. The amount of time it takes to drop varies - except for one Android phone that drops and picks it up repeatedly about every second - which makes the WiFi connection unusable on that particular phone. Both a desktop and laptop PC don't have any issues keeping the WiFi connection. Any suggested troubleshooting steps to try would be appreciated.

Also, Guest network currently has no Internet - was a able to fix it once by restarting the pucks. But restarted again to try to fix the dropping WiFi problem and have no Guest Internet again.

Hello,
I wanted to reach out to you and see if you were still experiencing this behavior with your phones. The first troubleshooting steps that come to mind are to forget and rejoin the wifi network. Next is to restart the phone. If both of those steps do not resolve this behavior please send me a direct message or reach out to our support line. I have included a link below that will help you determine the best number to call to reach us if you choose that method.

If you have resolved the behavior, would you mind sharing what the solution was?
Thank you,
James

I have been working with Eero support through Reddit. Through various rebooting of pucks we have gotten the Guest network working. We have one new Android phone that won't connect to the main network, but connects to Guest fine. The next step suggested was to swap the main puck with a slave. We are going to save that step for later after we monitor the network some more to see if devices still get dropped.

If the Internet works fine on other devices, the problem lies with your device and its WiFi adapter. On the other hand, if the Internet doesn't work on other devices too, then the problem is most likely with the router or the Internet connection itself. One good way to fix the router is to restart it.

Any updates? My s22 is doing this but only on my eeros. It's fine on other wifi and on other eeros. I've tried all of the options listed and other than throwing out the eeros I don't know what else to do lol.

We have the same issue with android phones after installing new equipment for cable internet. It was fine until the new boxes were installed. And, it only seems to be an issue with the beacon. If I unplug the beacon the connection is stable.

This has started happening on my eero network in the last few days,
Tried all the suggested actions, rejoining network, rebooted everything apart from the cat now.
Any more thoughts?

I have similar behavior where my phone will stop playing music and just start spinning about every 2 minutes or so. But, it shows that it is still connected to wifi with no warnings. I have also had similar behavior while using other apps, not just music, so it seems to be something with the connection between the eero (6 pro) and the phone (Galaxy S21). I did forget and then reconnect and that actually seemed to help, but as I was typing this response, it happened again (after about 10 to 15 minutes now instead of every minute or two. I can simply turn wifi off and back on (on the phone) and it will start working again. Or, I can wait about a minute or so and it will eventually start playing music again.
I will try the next suggested step above of rebooting the phone.
Like others, I had no issues whatsoever keeping a working/good connection with the AT&T wifi router on my phone. And laptops don't seem to have any issues whatsoever. This is disappointing and frustrating.
Maybe I could keep using the AT&T wifi router and just have my eero's connect and extend that? I'm not sure how to set that up though or if that would limit the functionality of my eero setup? -
Hi,
New to eero and same problema here. Very annoying and dispointing.
My wife's cellphone keeps disconecting. Motorola G60.

I'm having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G staying connected to my Eero Pro 6e router when I have WPA3 enabled were I get a message under the wifi settings on my phone saying "connected without Internet". This seems to only happen when I'm using Wi-Fi 6 the high band frequency of the 5 Ghz band. It stays connected when my phone is using Wi-Fi 6e (6ghz band). This problem has been getting worse lately with that message popping up where in order to fix it I have to toggle the wifi settings on my phone on and off in order for it to be connected again. This only happens when WPA3 under eero Labs is enabled on the Eero Pro 6e router. So can someone help me fix this or tell eero that this is a problem if anyone else is having this problem. Please and thank you.
