I've just replaced an Asus mesh setup with an Eero Pro 6 rig at the recommendation of a friend and after spending hours getting everything set up "just so" - I come to discover that there's no dynamic DNS support.  Now I have to figure out how much hassle it's going to be to return the Eero and go back to the Asus as there's just too many home-based services that I need WAN access to.  If I'd been smart enough to ask about this feature before making my purchase, it would have been a deal-breaker. 

Is there any kind of roadmap that is communicated that would allow me to know when this feature might be happening?

As of June 2021, you can configure dynamic DNS with their Secure+ service for $10/month.  Versus any other router provides the ability to setup dynamic DNS for FREE.  This sucks.

Pathetic.  One of the more expensive routers asking us to pay for a functionality that just about every inexpensive router contains for free. Several good *free* DDNS services out there.  Never buy an Eero product again!!!! 

I wish I'd never bought eero.  They charge for what comes free on everything else!

This is too much. . .  I was not aware of this and I've been scratching my head why I was not able to connect to my home network after configuring all the VPN related stuff to access home-based infrastructure. Been thinging to buy Synology RT6000ax since very long time but I was OK with eero 6+ until I found this issue. I need to replace it ASAP.  One negative thing smashed my view towards eero products.
