Wifi Issues

My Lenovo laptop only connects to my Guest networks. For some reason, it won't connect to the main Eero Wifi. Help!

  • That could mean a few things, including DNS issues (which is unlikely if the device is not connecting at all. This is mostly for if the laptop connects, but cannot access the internet) or IP mismatches. Regardless, I would suggest calling our team and they can investigate this further.

  • Does your WiFi name or password have any special characters in it, like an apostrophe or something? If so, change it so there are no special characters and then try again.

  • You might have a flawed phone. It's not the design, antennas or otherwise, and it's not Android Pie. I have two Essential phones, and neither have ever had WiFi issues.
